• Care for postoperative major surgical patients and medical patients requiring critical care services with primary diagnoses of cancer, peripheral vascular disease, urologic disorders, respiratory failure, cardiac disease and various other medial illnesses

• Assess an monitor subtle changes in patient's condition that warrant immediate intervention
• Implement medication and IV administration, catheter insertion, and airway management and monitor responses
• Provide exceptional care to high-acute patients needing complex care such as ventilator management, extensive wound care and rehabilitation
• Professionally and ethically deal with end-of-life issues
