  • Monitored the daily operations of the mortgage team of 13 staff members to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Participated in training sessions designed to educate staff on new regulations or updates in existing ones.
  • Sent training tools to staff when an error was reported. Instructing them on the correct procedures screenshots from our manuals.
  • Met with each staff members monthly in one on conversation to go over any issues or questions they might have. This also allowed me to keep a personal relationship with my staff.
  • I was also over the receptionist area and helped cover taking calls and transferring them to the correct contact. Received incoming mail and supplies, getting them sorted and to the appropriate areas.
  • In my 25 years with USBank I stared off as a loan processor reviewing docs and the system to ensure the correct information was provided and in the system. I then was promoted to a team lead over the mail area where we checked in loan files and got them sent to the next group to start the review process. I was also in charge of ordering office supplies during that time. Then promoted to a supervisor position in our pooling and original note vault. We would house the original notes while the review process was taking place. Then we would mail the notes along with other docs once the loan was ready for purchase.
  • The jobs I have had are very detailed oriented. It also gave me a lot of experience with computers and different systems.
