When i was a little boy, I always thought that there was nothing special about me, but seeing my mother cook lit a fire in me. I never told her i was interested, she just had a hunch that i knew. The more she cooked the more i wanted to, and she told me that cooking isn't only about mixing things together; "it's about responsibility, structure, and perseverance". those words stuck to me like glue, having those three key details have gotten my cooking skills to an even grater level.
