I was hired as a server and was promoted to lead server in three months since I have 20+ years experience. After being here six months the position for dietary manager opened up so I applied and received the job. I work with the executive chef on a daily basis, helping prep and do some inventory. I manage 22 staff members and assist the cooks when needed. Making sure we have all items stocked and ready for lunch/dinner services. Over see food coming out of the kitchen for the residents and making sure diet restrictions are followed.
