Summary

I am an experienced Certified Nurse Assistant and nursing student earning an accelerated BSN at Arizona College of Nursing. I strive to strengthen my experience in critical care as a CNA to develop stronger critical thinking skills while supporting high acuity patients. Patient centered care is on of my biggest priorities and I enjoy being able to connect with patients during their most vulnerable time while in the hospital. I enjoy fast paced environments where I can utilize skills of reliability, adaptability, and a teamwork focused approach. I thrive helping staff on the unit in any free time I have throughout the shift. I believe in lifelong learning no matter the education level because there is always opportunity to grow.
