Accountable for all clinic operations.

Manage all clinical staff; responsible for daily coverage in the clinic and working with other leads and RM's in market staff clinic appropriately.

Lead implementation to all new clinic initiatives.

Help recruit, hire, onboard, properly train and support the new hires.

Lead all daily communications (daily huddles, rise-up distribution, team changes, etc.).

Monitor inventory and procure necessary supplies.

Ensure all team members are crossed trained and trained to complete all task needed to fulfill job duties.

Ensuring all audits are done monthly with accuracy and provide feedback to the team on findings for improvement.

Take ownership: Kpis: clinic targets, UL+ enrollment, HWC and overall patient engagement, ancillary utilization, new patient visits, patient experience, staff NPS.

Staff management; hiring, training and retention.

Daily huddles with the full team attending.

Answer incoming calls to assist claimants with issues on claim.

Answer emails from claimants.

Resolve issues on claim.
