  • Take and deliver messages and/or transfer calls to voice mail when appropriate personnel are unavailable
  • Answer questions about organization and provide callers with addresses, directions, and other information needed

  • Fill out and send oral prep instructions for CT patients not close enough to pick it up
  • Create and email out the daily RAD lists and out lists to all employees
  • Check for and print out all slide fees sent over from Shasta Community Health Center

  • Create pt charts for Slide Fees that come over on new pts that have never been seen here before
  • Enter all slide information into slide report in the correct file
  • Figure out the loss or profit at the end of the month on the slide fees for that month
  • Check all State Disability Contracts
  • Print out results to procedures sent in by Disability and fax results and Disability Contracts back to State Disability
  • Fold and send out all Women's Imaging letters from Medical Records
  • Schedule all x-ray texts for patients from the previous day
  • Flag all x-ray texts the next day
  • In charge of employee birthdays
  • Getting Birthday email out from the company as well as get a physical Birthday card to the dept of the employee with the Birthday so all may sign
  • Create a work order through World Telecoms Website for any and all phone problems or issues the company is experiencing
  • Order envelopes from Independent Business Forms with we used to send out all communications
  • Create new Desi (phone) labels when requested by employees
  • Review and approve phone system invoices
  • Update and distribute employee phone extension and voice mail listings
  • Record and distribute voice mailbox for new hires when requested by Human Resources
  • Maintain system wide holiday greeting for main number and voice mail system greeting
