  • Figure out the loss or profit at the end of the month on the slide fees for that month
  • Check all State Disability Contracts
  • Print out results to procedures sent in by Disability and fax results and Disability Contracts back to State Disability
  • Fold and send out all Women's Imaging letters from Medical Records
  • Schedule all x-ray texts for patients from the previous day
  • Flag all x-ray texts the next day
  • In charge of employee birthdays
  • Getting Birthday email out from the company as well as get a physical Birthday card to the dept of the employee with the bday so all may sign
  • Create a work order through World Telecoms Website for any and all phone problems or issues the company is experiencing
  • Order envelopes from Independent Business Forms with Deused to send out all communications
  • Create new Desi (phone) labels when requested by employees
  • Review and approve phone system invoices
