Conduct individual therapy sessions with up to 20 clients per week, addressing trauma, substance use, and grief. Review and finalize treatment plans and ASAM assessments submitted by counselors. Assess client eligibility for residential treatment and refer to external resources when clinically inappropriate for the program.

• Schedule and conduct interviews to determine the individual’s eligibility for our detox and or residential programs.
• Assessment of applicants to determine the level of care or the appropriateness of the program for the individual.
• Go over rules once the client comes to treatment.
• Explain our daily schedule to clients.
• Once admitted, interviewing clients and inputting data into PCNX.
• Answering incoming phone calls and answering questions about our programs.
• Covid-testing new clients and a thorough search of clients and their belongings.
• Assisting clients in signing and explaining all the documents that are presented to them.

• Experienced with harm reduction outpatient services in levels 2.1, 1.0 and .05 LOC.
• Treatment Coordinator, supervised SUD counselors and up to 50 patients’ at LA-CADA Recovery Bridge Housing.
• Vetting potential patients into our program.
• Responded to crisis situations with a calm and professional approach to optimize support.
• Monitored, analyzed and corrected staff performance while working with the management team.
• Identified needs to improve quality of care.
• Submitted information into SAGE System.
• Developed individual treatment goals based on history and diagnosis.
• Group, individual and Case Management.

• Complete intake once a patient arrives at the facility.
• Familiarize the patient with the facility and discuss all the rules and regulations.
