  • Welding/Fabrication assistant- would provide support with Mig welding, fabrication and also design of the electrical and plumbing boxes.
  • Low voltage electric technician- If necessary would wire the vans from top to bottom. The electrical system is similar to a RV's electrical system. We had 51v lithionics battery, 48v system stepped down, inverted, and in compliance with the cable management throughout the van for several functions much like an rv or tiny house would have.
  • Provided assistance to the engineers on the most efficient effective systems we should implement and provided guidance in multiple areas of design
  • Conducted root cause analyses to identify areas for improvement and implemented corrective actions accordingly.
  • Inspected all machines and equipment and provided necessary repairs. Such as our forklift.
  • Coordinated efforts between engineering department and shop floor personnel to optimize resource allocation during peak times of demand.
  • This is a growing company as well so I've done lots of training and coordination when we've brought new people in.
  • Coordination with inventory and would make their spreadsheets occasionally for parts pulled and an order list.
