· Printing of daily specials schedules
· Printing of daily master schedule
· Communicating with scheduler on any issues or errors found within schedules.
· Provide daily cleaning of printers and computers to keep machines running at their best!
· Work with IT on setting up yearly maintenance for the Zebra printers!
· Maintain documentation on Zebra printers’ serial numbers and IP addresses.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of label office and label cabinets outside of the office.
· Maintain respect for all equipment used in the performance of your job.
· Maintain sufficient stock levels of label supplies, including copy paper, box label stock, filter labels, thermal ribbon, ink, toner, and any other supplies required for the efficient operation of the process.
