As an HR professional, I’m proud to highlight a few key accomplishments. I collaborated with the CEO and COO to design a comprehensive employee handbook and policies. Additionally, I developed an HR Operations and Back Office Toolkit to empower employees in their daily leadership roles. I also implemented the Suicide Awareness and Prevention Campaign at my current company, creating resources and distributing awareness ribbons and bracelets to support this initiative.
