• Negotiate past due and current accounts
• Inbound/Outbound call 200-Calls daily
• Updating time /calls per hour 10%.
• Establish relationship and communicate with Loss Mitigation, KTAC, and Loan admin, Dealerships.
• Resolve customer's needs and satisfaction in early-stage collections.
• Duties as assigned.

• Negotiated with account holders to devise repayment plans and minimize collections receivables.
• Directed day-to-day collections functions, including recruiting, training and developing high performing teams.
• Managed delinquency cycle, including past due collection calls, skip tracing, outside collections agency coordination and litigation activities.

• Inbound/outbound calls, manual and auto dial – 200-250 calls daily
