Helped with patient assignments, new admissions, and performing head to toe assessments/vitals. Passed medications, including heparin/insulin injections and pushing intravenous medications. Hanging intravenous bags and reconstituting medications. Rounded on patients and helped with charting. Assisted patients with wound care, bed baths, ADLs, and Accu checks. Provided passionate nurturing patient centered care. Established rapport with staff, patients, and family.
