Responsible for planning, developing, and managing volunteer programs for organizations and nonprofits in The Triangle area. This includes recruiting, training, and retaining volunteers on behalf of multiple organizations. Additional responsibilities involve conducting interviews, providing orientation and training, maintaining volunteer database, and monitoring program effectiveness in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

The role involved managing and supporting specific organizational programs, while, focusing on capacity building for both larger and grassroots organizations. This included designing customized training initiatives, collaborating with external partners for program promotion and funding, monitoring revenue growth, and assessing program effectiveness through outcome evaluation.

Responsible for day-to-day operations, staff and volunteer management, program development, budgeting, and community partner relations to create a safe, positive environment for youth members. Oversight of budgets, fundraising, and ensuring compliance with Boys & Girls Club of America standards. Focus on delivering high-quality programs that foster youth members' academic, social, and emotional development.

Provides organizational leadership by setting program goals, managing budgets and resources, leading program staff, and engaging with stakeholders. Identifies expansion opportunities and ensures programs align with the organization's mission. Oversees evaluations, reports, and critical stakeholder relationships for program success.
