This includes recruiting, training, and retaining volunteers on behalf of multiple organizations. This included designing customized training initiatives, collaborating with external partners for program promotion and funding, monitoring revenue growth, and assessing program effectiveness through outcome evaluation.

Oversight of budgets, fundraising, and ensuring compliance with Boys & Girls Club of America standards.
