I’ve been working as a phone ambassador for well over a year now, my job is to handle inbound and outbound calls to help consumers with any questions or complaints they may have regarding a case they may have or a product. With this role I have to apply empathy, active listening skills and occasional problem solving. My job is to show people that we care and are here to resolve any issues they may have.
I started as an inbound agent for Toyota Financial Services, my job was to handle calls regarding past due accounts and collecting payments to bring accounts current.
I was then promoted into resolution specialist position where my job was then to take over manager calls and to fix mistakes on accounts to help fix the balances due on accounts. My job was also to help the agents on the floor with whatever questions they had, as well to help show them how to achieve tasks to make their role easier.
Since I have started my tenure with the company I have shown that I am a team player. I’m always there to assist my peers in any situation whenever I can. I always strive to learn from my mistakes and become a better agent. My attention to detail has increased which has helped my reason code accuracy to increase to a 96% in the previous month of July and I aim to continue to improve.
