- Ensure patient examination rooms are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and organized after each visit
- Greet patients and promptly escort them to the examination area, informing them of wait times
- Answer incoming calls at the front desk, addressing inquiries related to appointments, medical services, and insurance coverage
- Manage appointment scheduling
- Log into the clinic’s scheduling system daily to review and prepare for all appointments
- Sterilize medical instruments using approved protocols, properly package and store cleaned tools
- Providing face masks to all incoming patients and visitors
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all patient care areas, ensuring examination rooms are fully prepared prior to each patient's arrival.
