I started working as a caregiver at Brightwater on May 9, 2024. I obtained my CNA certification in August 2024. After that, I began performing CNA duties, which included helping with various tasks at Brightwater. In my current role as a CNA, I assist with meal tracking for new intakes, weight, fall intervention, etc. ensure that residents are well taken care of.

I work from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and I am also on call for some 12-hour shifts on the weekends. I would like to maintain a wage of at least $20 per hour, which is my current earning rate. Considering my experience and skills, I believe this rate accurately reflects my value in the job market. I appreciate your consideration.

I am also pursuing further education and will soon obtain certificates for Clinical Medical Assistant (CMA), Medical Office Manager (CPPM), and Patient Care Medical Assistant. I expect to receive all of these certificates by the end of 2025.

• I began working at Palmetto Goodwill when I returned to work after my child was born. I worked there for a few months, from February to May, before resuming my CNA studies.

I moved to South Carolina in 2020 and began working for Shay at The Lazy Parrot a week after my relocation. This was a souvenir shop that offered a little bit of everything you could think of. I worked there until I had to take some time off due to a high-risk pregnancy.

From 2017 to 2020, I assisted individuals with Alzheimer's and dementia in their daily activities.

I worked 16-hour shifts every weekend and every holiday except for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. In 2020, I moved to South Carolina.

• From 2016 to 2017, I worked as a crew member in the drive-thru and food line ect . During this time, I was also working toward obtaining my CNA certification.
