• Due to the pandemic Covid-19 and its restrictions several children including my young family members as,well as their friends had to do schooling online. Therefor due to me being unemployed at the time and having free time my aunty agreed to pay me to host school sessions at her house throughout the week. There I assisted children with homework assignments, and special projects across different subjects. This opportunity gave me great feeling.

Daily task included but not limited to folding aprons for several different restaurants. Also I folded surgeon uniforms, hospital wear/gowns, bath towels,hospital blankets, pillow slips,and etc... Not mentioned already I folded Chic Fil A towels ,dog towels,pool towels from different swim companies etc.. you name it we fold it !

• At this particular job I offered each customer top-notch personal customer service with a polite attitude to boost sales and customer satisfaction.

• I also displayed the store merchandise by arranging in appealing and organized way to boost sales including dressing the store front mannequins.

• Evaluated customer information to explore issues, develop potential solutions and maintain high-quality customer service.

• Scanned packages and boxes and moved to loading dock for shipment. UPS and priority boxes were loaded first.
• Checked inventory and selected products (clothing) from specific locations using RF scanner based upon availability.

• Completed on-time food and grocery deliveries by choosing best and most efficient routes.

• Picked products for specific routes (stores) by moving items between equipment from one box to another ; then loading them onto the conveyor line as it moved slowly.
• Our daily production was monitored by shift leads.

• Picked items from several different merchants, and completed rush deliveries on tight timetables by choosing best, and most efficient routes to satisfy customer needs.

• Prepared orders for shipment by inserting associated paperwork, providing a certain quantity for each order . Also we tagged boxes and scanning barcodes using RF scanner to upload package data to tracking system.

• Assembled components with minimal supervision, exceeding and completing expected projects accurately and with zero errors in a productive fast paced environment
