Experience with creating and completing D1 notifications utilizing the GCSS-Army system. Input all verified faults on various pieces of equipment such as wheel vehicles, generators, weapons, masks etc., into the GCSS-Army system and forwarded the notifications to the supporting maintenance facility, CSMS. Using the DA Form 5513-R (Key Control Register), responsible for issuing and receiving vehicle keys and logbooks, while ensuring that the proper accountability measures are being taken. Assists the Unit Master Drivers in organizing and maintaining all administrative documentation for drivers licensing, such as training certificates, written tests, road tests, DA Form 348's and DA Form 5984-E. Experience with using the Army Records Information System (ARIMS) to create, maintain, locate, and retrieve official Army records. Simplifies and standardizes the collection and use of maintenance data. Knowledge and experience with the proper use of HAZMAT.
