I’m a hardworking and dependable recent high school graduate with experience in construction, masonry, retail, customer service, coaching, and social media. I’ve learned how to work with different types of people, handle responsibility, and stay focused in both fast-paced and physically demanding environments. I’m an Honor Student, former Student Council President, and OSHA 10-Hour certified through my two years of masonry training. I’m a quick learner who takes pride in doing my work well and is always willing to learn something new.
Maintained a demanding construction schedule requiring 4:00 AM wake-ups, 5:00 AM departures, and over an hour of travel to various job sites. Worked full outdoor shifts until after 2:45 PM in changing weather conditions, often with limited break time, while performing physically demanding masonry tasks and maintaining safety, reliability, and productivity.
Handled customer transactions, assisted shoppers, maintained merchandise and store organization, and provided friendly customer service. Also supported the store’s media presence by creating and posting photos/videos, promoting products and events, and helping maintain engaging social media content.
Coached guests in axe-throwing techniques while enforcing safety procedures and providing an engaging customer experience. Monitored multiple throwing lanes, assisted with equipment and lane maintenance, reset areas between groups, and handled customer questions and concerns in a fast-paced environment. Worked collaboratively with the pit crew to keep operations organized, safe, and efficient.
