- Used laser engraver and provided software approximately 5 times daily, to edit and etch labels into metal stickers, CNC machined components, and metal antennas
- Used BarTender to edit and print labels on stickers and RFID's and filled out forms related to RFID for serialization and corresponding assembly 4 times daily on average
- Learned assembly procedure of various sea beacons and ELT's and navigated through drawings of assemblies and components
- Wrote assembly instructions for variant of sea beacon
- Sorted through and disassembled old assemblies of flight deck instruments and panels and salvaged and documented working components in Excel
- Learned inner workings and operation of lathe, drill press, and ultrasonic welder
- Aided other engineers in operating milling machine
- Became familiar with most of common tools used on manufacturing floor (such as taps, deburring tools, clamps, various kinds of wrenches, power tools, etc.).
