Accomplishments

Consistently meeting production goals in the hull department at Parker boats offshore, by building eleven hulls a week with a small crew.

Training three new employees in 2021 in the stringer department at Parker offshore. These three employees learn to laminate composite material to hulls, laminate stringers to hulls, how to grind boat hulls and

stringers, and how to putty stringers to fiberglass hulls.

Surpassing the sales goals for the fiscal year as the Boatyard Technical Assistant at Carteret Community College. These sales goals are set by the Carteret Community College Foundation. This was achieved through transporting boats, marketing, advertising, customer service, and sales.
