Change over equipment on fillers & cappers: replace & adjust star wheels, guide rails & in feed screw, adjust speed & fluid pumps.
• Monitor filler & capper adjusting volume & speed as needed.
• Pull & discard low or over filled bottles.
• Check & record fill weight & product temperature.
• Monitor capping operations pulling uncapped bottles.
• Clean & sanitize area as needed.
• Responsible for food product quality and safety.
Receive orders and sort them by priority and schedule assembly
Ensure on-time delivery as well as exceeding customer quality
expectations.
• Assemble and build custom blinds in accordance with customer specifications.
• Pack customer orders and set-up shipping
Use hand tools and measuring instruments to accurately build, assemble and repair blinds as needed
• Prepared food service area, ensured area was cleaned and sanitized
Prior to start of shift
• Operated Dish washing equipment and ensured the machine was cleaned and maintained
• Cleaned and sanitized at the end of shift and ensured safety was a top priority
