Supported research and development by collaborating with operation and production teams to deliver tailored solutions using vacuum and pressure pumps. Reviewed project instructions, blueprints, and diagrams; provided input for design enhancements. Communicated with outside partners and vendors to procure necessary parts and supplies for projects. Led assembly of mechanical components, test rigs, tubing systems, and custom fixtures for vacuum/pressure applications. Conducted performance tests, inspections, and verification per UL, ANSI, and customer specifications.

Provide advanced support in the manufacturing, repair and alignment of Synthesizers and Radio Frequency Microwave Systems for military and aerospace platforms, including satellites, aircraft, and ships. Utilize a diverse range of specialized tools and apparatuses to perform assembly and disassembly at system and component level. Perform acceptance test procedures to ensure systems meet stringent performance specifications. Maintain detailed records of testing and rework, ensuring traceability and compliance with Federal Regulations and internal SOPs. Interface regularly with product engineers, providing technical feedback to optimize system performance. Contribute to continuous improvement. Promote and uphold 5S methodology in a regulated test‑lab environment.
