• Project to build Trade compliance data - Custom Tariffs and FTA's.
• Performed daily monitoring, research, and understanding of International Customs Tariffs.
• Understand and work within exact data formats, and data processing procedures and requirements.
• Write clear documentation on processes and ensure that the entire workflow is well documented and sufficient for clear instruction for everyone.

• Denied Party Screening of Global Trade Compliance, RPS Lists managed by E2Open (formerly Amber Road), (2000+ orders per day)
• Handling import/export product restrictions of US and UK outbound.
• HS classifications - ensure HS code matches product description.
• Reviewing products and classifying them according to CITES, FWS, ITAR, etc.
• Liaising with HUB Inspection team to inspect suspicious SKUs at HUB.
• Handling shipments and classifications of Dangerous Goods by providing Safety Data Sheet to carrier to make smooth shipment process and classify according to international regulatory bodies DOT, IATA and IMDG.

• Develop strategy for team to reach its goal and to plan, schedule and monitor work activities to meet time and quality targets.
• Consistently meet KPI/ deadlines & communicates work status to Off-shore Team.

• Timely and Accurate (99 percent) delivery of content (RPS, PEP, ECCN, ROO, IMEX (HTS), Embargoes & Sanctions etc.) as mentioned in Amber Road’s Quality Objective.
• To monitor Salesforce for client queries.
• Research on new RPS Lists published by any government sources.
• Work on automations with help of selenium, Imacros and WebScrapper
• To perform Validation and Quality test on Amber Road’s Trade Software and other loaders and program.
• Interact with network of Trade professionals to assure data accuracy and integrity.
• Follow common QA guidelines established to ensure data accuracy and integrity for entire product line and implement them in fast and accurate way.
• To communicate effectively to team and train/guide team as well when needed.
• To be aware of ISO standards to be followed
• Perform weekly tasks i.e., validation of Newsletter, Content Status etc.

• Performed research on 50% rule by OFAC and capturing all such restricted parties falls under 50% rule.
