- I had the opportunity of learning how to install top core and bottom core installation by first making sure your marks are measured properly and in the correct spot before drilling once holes are drilled install top cord then the two bottom alarms one arm on each side then I would level the top core piece making sure everything is leveled out then I would torque an mark the bolts. I also worked on QAQC my job was to go back and check everyone’s work after they completed the job task, by making sure everything is torqued in Mark making sure all panels are facing the correct way also looking for damaged or scratched panels making sure the trenches are at the proper height and the wires and cables aren’t damaged and also taking pictures etc.

- I would install motor mounts on the piles sticking out of the ground I would first put the motor mount on the pole screw down all four sides take off the top piece of the motor mount so we can lay the pole that the panels gone on across it, screw the top piece back on connect the ground wire make sure all screws and bolts are facing the right way and everything is torqued in Mark. I also installed panels doing a two man lift sometimes one men lift depending on weight and size of panels we would break down the box put all the trash in one pile install the panels on the Clips with the barcode facing towards the ground complete the entire box then we will go back an torque an mark every bolt.

I also worked on string line I would hammer crowbar into the ground tying string round it making sure it’s as tight as possible so the PD 10 operator can come by and hammer the piles flush with the string an flags an the ground.
