At Cintas, I have been able to further develop and add additional skills needed to be an asset to a company. I have expanded skills such as interpersonal relations, work ethics, leadership, problem solving, customer service, and management.

• My production rotation has been the most crucial experience for sharpening my skills. I have played the role of the shift supervisor for a large amount of time. This has pushed me to further grow in the company and display the skills I bring to the table.
• My service rotation was the largest expansion of skills I needed in order to be successful. I was able to develop and utilize building relationships with customers while also problem-solving in order to resell the value and importance of the company.

• Assistant manager at Sonic Drive-In.
• This includes duties such as taking leadership, handling situations of various problems, logically processing a proper shift, dealing with counting large amounts of money and making deposits, along with food orders, payroll, and scheduling.
• This expands my skills in mathematics, leadership, logic, communication, and responsibility.
