Pierpoint welding LLC was a mobile welding company that was started by my childhood friend and I that both worked at RK Steel. My responsibility at Pierpoint welding included managing profit margins, doing all ordering of supplies needed to get each specific job done at the highest possible quality, I have experience running the payroll on quickbooks as well as handling all invoices and accounts payable. I am a very organized and function very well in a high stress situation where I or my crew is crunched for time. I also have experience working directly with clients to make sure that all of thier needs are met

I began my career at RK Steel right out of high school. I started as a welder and a year and a half after I gained my certification and became a supervisor on day shift. A few years after that I became a night shift supervisor running my own crew on my own shift. My responsibilities running my own crew consisted of time management and making sure that a steady pace was kept so that all job deadlines were met, management of my crew and making sure communication between departments were kept and everyone was in sync, I have experience making the hard decisions to let people go if they weren't working out and most importantly I was in charge of all quality from the layout of the product to the welds and the paint.
