I enjoy socializing with people, and my job at Paris Baguette gave me the opportunity to work with others. I was able to resolve customer issues when they would come around. I actively learned and became aware of my surroundings, in which I started training others on my 3rd week. I learned how to handle cash, customer foods, and beverages. Being at Paris Baguette, taught me the importance of presentation which makes certain items more eye-catching to customers which results in more sales.

• I was able to learn over 30 pastries and foods during my time as cashier
• I learned how to communicate & interact with customers clearly and fluently
• I learned basics in drink making
• I learned the responsibility of handling the job of a sales cashier which includes handing cash, handling food, handling beverages , etc.
• I learned to associate with my fellow employees quickly
• Trained team members in successful strategies to meet operational and sales targets.
• Strengthened merchandising and promotional strategies to drive customer engagement and boost sales.
• Got a better understanding of the importance of time management both with customers and employees
• Learned the skills of opening and closing a bakery which includes (displaying foods and beverages)

During the pandemic lockdown, I decided to volunteer at CJSF a school organization to support those families in need of a helping hand during COVID lockdown.

• I learned to socialize with student's parents
• I learned scheduling with fellow teachers to ensure organization with my employees
• I learned the role of socializing with my fellow employees, school staff, students, and parents.
