Driven by a strong work ethic and a keen eye for detail, I've grown the most in roles at Free People, enhancing store environments and sales through innovative visual merchandising and effective team leadership. My mentorship and analytical skills have contributed to significant improvements in team performance and customer engagement, embodying a commitment to growth and excellence.
I currently support the selling, service, and operations of Harbor East Store 1825 in order to achieve an engaging and inspiring environment. I interpret & execute Company direction in an elevated way to cultivate an appealing visual communication to show our customers what Free People is all about - through the use of product placement, form styling, display installment and maintaining of stock levels. In addition to Company direction, I reference design principles such as color, texture, harmony, balance, sensibility, influence, vibe, season, and customer experience when making product placement and form styling decisions. I utilize business reports to see how our store compares sales wise to both the DC District and Company overall. I also use these reports while partnering with my Store Manager to create & implement strategies to continue to capitalize on successful class business and to problem solve areas of opportunity. I partner with my management team to help to guide and grow team members in respect to their visual acumen, customer service & interpersonal skills, and execution of store controls - to ensure that all Company policy & procedure is upheld and that Company communication received & disseminated. I bring positivity and highlight the accomplishments of my coworkers to help build morale and establish a sense of team & instill a sense of shared fate. I have assisted other stores in the District when the opportunities arose to help with the floor re-fixturing in Tyson's Corner Store 805 this past fall and Towson Store 848 relocation last spring. I currently mentor Justine Siepe, the Assistant Visual Manager of Short Pump Store 1816. I'm eager to learn and continue my growth while building and refining my visual acumen with the Company.
