After years as a Level 1 and 2 associate. I eventually worked up to Level 3 and then Level 4 at the workplace. As a Level 4 in the warehouse, I have numerous responsibilities that have ranged throughout the variety of job functions I have performed under. Some of the abilities and skills I have retained throughout the process of becoming a leader are:

• Developed comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills, resulting in increased job satisfaction and improved performance metrics.
