  • Fire Supply Line Repair - Conducted and organized the repair of a 60 year old underground pipe that supply's emergency water. Coordinated with contractors to locate and replace train tracks, 80 sqft of PVC piping and complete fire system testing on time and within a 200K budget. With the completion of this project it eliminated all possible risks of delaying production start up, shipping, and scheduling issues.

Manufacturing Engineer - EOM Rotational Program

  • 5/16" Legacy Collar Sealer Jaw Design - Developed a new Jaw design to seal Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene (FEP) Ports, using solid works to create both 3D and 2D drawings.
  • Impulse Collar Sealer RCA Investigation - Lead and collaborated with facilities team to establish a new robust method to improve, maintain, and operate collar sealers for the new VueLife HP Cell Therapy product line. This improved collar sealer reliability and drove the release of the VueLife HP Product line.
  • Launching New Product Line Extensions for Cell Therapy - Performed new product launches by creating Item Master, BOM, and Routing using the QAD cloud-based system. Ultimately completing change orders to enable customers to purchase cell therapy products.
  • VueLife HP Launch Preparation - Rapidly learned the manufacturing process and trained operators on both thermal welding and collar sealing processes.

  • Sustainability/ Water Reduction Project - Lead site business objectives to reduce water usage by developing a turn key design and scope within a strict 6 month timeframe, resulting in an 80% water reduction rate.
  • CapEx Project Submission - Communicated with vendors and contractors to outline process components. Underwent a three vendor bidding process while staying within 10% of the budget once submitted by YE.
  • Design Spiral Separator Stand - Designed and fabricated a sorting stand to eliminate EHS concerns of safety, while efficiently separating production splash bubbles for specialty grains and powders facility.
