Accomplishments

    I have learned so much about people skills and how to respond in unreasonable situations that need to be resolved quickly and efficiently. The way I resolve that is to calm the situation and to keep the customer on track of the real reason he is calling for and not the reason the customer is upset. After the issue is resolved, I take it to management and go over the things I could have said or done differently for the next phone call or email address counter of that short.

    I have gained confidence and learned how to follow management along with balance my drawers and make sure everything including my drawer is accounted for.

Like in my about me, I love spending time with my son whether it’s playing his favorite video game, watching his favorites cartoons shows, or just playing games he makes up literally as we go along with the game he wanted to play, every time, it’s always his picks. It never fails. 😂 We like to jump on the trampoline but he doesn’t like when I just him too high, but he can’t stand when I’m not up there with him. He doesn’t want me off but then again he doesn’t want me to jump either ☺️

But I think that last question pretty much explains itself with all that I just said. He is the reason I do what I do, whatever that may be. I know I’ll always have my number 1 fan cheering me on! ❤️
