I was raised in North Georgia in the city of Cumming. My senior year I attended Lyman Ward Military Academy where I found a leadership position on the JROTC. After I graduated, I worked for a small commercial security system company as an systems installer. In January of 2017, I enlisted in the United States Army as a Cavalry Scout. I was initially stationed in Fairbanks, Alaska on a combat ski team. During this time, I graduated from Arctic school and deployed to Iraq and Syria for 7 months during 2019-2020. In September of 2020, I was re-stationed in Fort Stewart, Georgia. During my time there, I graduated from The U.S. Army Sniper Course in Fort Benning, Georgia. I went on to become a Sniper Team leader for several years. In 2023 I left the active duty Military and became a Police Officer for the city of Colorado Springs. I also still serve part time in the Colorado Army National Guard as a mountain recon team leader.
I was assigned as a patrol officer in the highest crime areas of the city of Colorado Springs. My job was to respond to emergencies, solve problems, build trust with the community and accurately report my actions.
Cavalry Scout Sergeants are reconnaissance specialists working in the United States Army and they represent the commander's eyes and ears on the battlefield. US Army Snipers are experts in observation, evasion and long range engagements. As a Non-Commission Officer in the US Army, I served as a Team leader for 5 Years managing 3-10 Soldiers at a time. I worked as an entry level installer on large scale security systems for commercial businesses. I regularly ran sub-structure cable, installed electrical outlets, and ran safety checks on new equipment.
