
Growing up my Aunt owned a restaurant so kitchen work was calling my name by the age of 13. One of my mentors once made a statement that "where ever you go, people need to eat" and that its not a bad career to get into. Although its not what i love to do, it pays the bills. I am most happy when i have a challenge to solve.

Replaced half a roof solo with no power tools. Old shingles were double layered so demo took much longer then i was hoping.
Pulled the transmission out of my truck in the driveway, rebuilt it with some used Ebay parts and put it back in my truck before the weekend was over. no power tools.
Bought a welder over the pandemic and a harbor freight engine, made a gokart over the course of 6 months during the pandemic and taught myself how to work with metal.
