Work closely with the Founder of New Power Project and Executive Director of New
Politics to implement tools, policies, and metrics associated with the New Politics X New
Power mission to break down barriers in the political ecosystem for communities of color
Develop and implement recruitment strategies with the Talent & Recruitment department
to attract and recruit candidates of color that are running for local elected and appointed
positions
Led the efforts to double New Power’s candidates’ pool in the second year
