DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ground side foreman

- Assist topside supervisor in maintaining high quality control two way communication
- Assist in recommending supplies, tools, and equipment, as needed to complete the job
- Report all equipment failure and malfunctions to superintendent
- Served as first responder to topside rescue team
- Maintain a log on blower miles beginning and end of shift
- Maintain and observe flo-bins during catalyst change out
- Establish a tally sheet on catalyst flo-bins count
- Coordinate catalyst making sure the right product is loaded properly
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Provide maintenance techniques to have a clear understanding on how to successfully troubleshoot & effectively determine the cause of the equipment and or machinery downtime
- Maintain proper lubrications on all equipment as needed to ensure proper function
- Always observe periodically in all areas of the work place with out being instructed to do so
EXPERIENCE
Over 25+ years’ operating guzzler trucks to do various vacuum jobs as jobs requires. Able to set up vac hoses on truck to the reactor in order to remove catalyst material. I’m required to maintain equipment and do all maintenance repair + blower miles and during catalyst removal observe the machine unit looking, feeling, and listening. I have developed a excellent reputation as a hard worker and I’m very detailed, thorough oriented equipment operator foreman. I only do things the right way and take no short cuts as a ground side operator.
