I learned and was responsible for my assigned position as part of the kitchen staff. I was responsible for making Culver's great burgers, providing fries and other sides for the order, making fresh patties, or running the middle position to serve out orders all as fast and efficiently as possible to reduce times and maximize customer satisfaction! Other responsibilities included (but were not limited to) sweeping, dishwashing, replacing trash, and assisting co-workers with their tasks if needed!
