As a junior in mechanical engineering, I am actively pursuing an internship to apply and advance my burgeoning engineering expertise. My keen interest lies in the intersection of defense, energy, aerospace, and manufacturing, and I am eager to contribute my skills to a dynamic and innovative engineering environment.

SolidWorks Personal Gym Project (Nov. 2023)

• Created and designed a lever-like component for gym equipment since original company design failed to work as intended.
• Sketched personal design into engineering drawings to use to mill out parts.
• Wrote and optimized G-code to use for milling out parts from material.

Atomic Aggies (Aug. 2023)

• Engineering club which specializes in designing school rocket to compete in the Spaceport Cup.
• Member of Special Project division sub-team.
• Aided and designed airbrakes to help rocket functionality to competition goals and standards.
• Used mechanical design (SolidWorks) to optimize prototype for precision flight rating.

Ron Seidel Engineering Leadership Institute (Aug. 2023)

• Guided by established engineering mentors in a cohort of engineering in applying leadership abilities.
• Currently engaged in a community project to leverage newfound engineering skills to address key challenges.
• Pursuing career advancements by emulating the success of accomplished engineering alumni.
