I started at A/C Design October 2022. I quickly advanced in the company from just a maintenance tech to Lead tech in just a matter of months. I was promoted to lead HVAC Technician. The company saw my hard work and dedication lead to them position me to train the new incoming employees as well as performing my daily work load of servicing air-conditioned myself.
