Facility Technician
2 Years 3 Months- Maintain, fix, and/or repair any issues regarding inside the individual living spaces and the historic theatre including appliances, plumbing, electricity, windows, and A/C on property. Communicate with actors and crew members with answers to various questions regarding issues while maintaining professionalism, clear communication, and positive attitudes.

Event Supervisor
7 Months- Setting up and operating events (Weddings, business meetings, family reunions, birthday parties, expos, etc…). Having strong communication with the sales team and kitchen to assure the guests needs are supplied, such as, A/V equipment, chairs and tables, plated meals, and beverages; all while being professional and efficient.
Maintenance
1 Year 5 Months- Attending tenants apartment maintenance needs while also supervising the apartment complex needs. This included daily trash pick up, snow removal, pest removal and graffiti removal.

5 Years 6 Months- Hired to deliver and install home appliances, such as, refrigerators, ranges, washer & dryers, mattresses, and TV’s. Eventually promoted to Warehouse and Delivery Supervisor, as well as, servicing damaged and/or non-functioning appliances. This job also furthered my knowledge and skills of installing dishwashers, microwaves, and wall ovens. This position required a Chauffeur's license to locally drive a box truck to haul, deliver, and install 10-30 appliances a day (depending on the season).
