• Circulator: Assisted cardiac team and/or surgical team with sterile procedures, including the use of specialized tools and equipment (Rota, Impella, IVUS, etc.) Inventoried case products. Coordinated with appropriate teams as needed; heart failure, respiratory, anesthesia, product reps, IT, surgery, etc
• Procedure RN: Comprehensively assessed patients pre procedure with interdisciplinary team to provide best patient care. Continuously monitored, assessed, and interpreted patient hemodynamics before, during, and after procedure. Performed moderate sedation with appropriate nursing interventions. Documented medications and procedure actions. Managed complex cardiac conditions within the procedural setting in both emergent and non-emergent cases. Educated patient on medications, disease management, and post procedure recovery
• Preceptor: Trained new personnel on procedures, products, equipment, protocols, and patient care. Provided routine feedback and a positive learning environment
• EPIC counsel: Led the Baptist Little Rock CathLab Nurse feedback for this counsel to improve EPIC charting and promote better patient outcomes
• Procedure Experience: Participated in structural heart cases (TAVR, Watchman, Clips), heart failure procedures (right heart caths, biopsies, Swan placements, etc.), emergency cases (STEMI, Impella, ECMO, etc.), diagnostic heart caths, regular and complex interventions (multivessel stenting, Shockwave, Rota, IVUS, Impella assisted, etc.) Peripheral procedures to include renals and legs (diagnostic and interventional). EP experience in devices, as well as A-fibs, flutters and SVT procedures

• Coordinator: Organized staffing, procedures, and patients between6 procedure rooms with15-20 staff members,20 physicians, and30-60 cases daily. Interdepartmental coordination to achieve a positive, safe patient experience from check in to discharge. Performed administrative duties such as manage payroll accuracy, run reports, and collect data
• Scrub Cases: Assisted physician with sterile procedures; set up and maintained sterile field including acist, ran fluoro, gained radial access, achieved hemostasis post procedure, etc. Proficient with sterile setup and use of complex devices such as angiojet, diamondback, IFR/FFR, etc
• Monitor: Documented cases to reflect all procedure information. Completed inventory of all case products. Coded cases and completed procedure documents in compliance with hospital protocol
• Quality and Safety: Executed QI projects quarterly to find strategies for improvement. Provided in-service learning sessions quarterly to maintain a safe working environment
