Internship Trainee – Renal Department Overview: Key Responsibilities: Skills & Learning Outcomes:

Brigham and Women's Hospital, Boston, MA Duration: December 2024 – Present (4 months, Full-Time). I currently work in the test of adeno-KIM-1 and Adeno-LacZ infection, as well as KIM-1 protein expression in human RCC cells.

Gaining hands-on experience in renal research, supporting projects on kidney function and disease, using advanced laboratory techniques.

• Laboratory Work: Perform SDS-PAGE, Western Blotting, qPCR, RNA Isolation, and ELISA.
• Cell culture: Maintain mammalian cells, conduct transfection, and perform seeding.
• Imaging and Analysis: Use confocal microscopy and ImageJ for data analysis.
• Research Support: Collect and analyze data, review literature, and prepare reports.
• Collaboration: Work with a research team to complete projects, and attend meetings.
