Additional Information

I have included this attachment to my resume that is written in chronological order to help emphasis the importance of the time I took off up til this present day.

  • I left CHI/St. Joseph Hospital in August 2019 to start retirement.
  • During the last part of 2019 I moved to Washington state from Texas.
  • In 2020 as COVID-19 rapidly emerged, I started to work as a traveler. The majority of my time as a traveling Respiratory Therapist I was attending to COVID-19 patients on mechanical ventilation, Bi-PAP, or hi-flow oxygen devices.
  • For these travel assignments that I took, during this 2 years period, please refer to the heading of Traveler Experiences.
  • I took time off from my career during 2022-2023 to care for my spouse’s mother who had Alzheimer’s dementia, and my spouse’s step-father who was receiving renal dialysis. Unfortunately, both of these parents have since passed away. After the passing of both of these parents, I assisted in helping the family in removing all of their possessions from their home and helped to distribute these possessions to other family members.
  • Currently am retired, living in Washington state.
