• As a customer support representative, I worked for a large e-commerce
company for Six months. My main responsibility was to assist customers
with any issues or questions they had related to their orders, shipping,
product inquiries, and returns. I communicated with customers through
multiple channels including phone, email, and live chat. In this role.,I
was patient and empathetic, ensuring that customers felt heard and
understood. I. I also took an active role in improving customer service

create and improve training materials for new hires and offered
