As a Home Preservation Specialist specializing in Loss Mitigations, I work closely with customers facing financial hardship or mortgage loan default. My objective is to prevent foreclosure by developing and implementing effective workout plans. I collaborate with underwriters to understand each customer's unique needs and provide tailored solutions. I gained experience in the Account Resolutions Department, handling collections and assisting with customer service responsibilities such as processing mortgage payments and resolving retention issues. These roles required attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and effective communication skills in a fast-paced call center environment. Working with diverse investors like FHA, GSE, CONVENTIONAL, VA, WEllS OWN, USDA has enriched my expertise. As a former associate of Wells Fargo, I contributed to the community through volunteering and giving back.
