As a Home Preservation Specialist(Loss Mitigation ),I work with customers who have fell onto hardship or mortgage loan is in default .The goal is to prevent the customer from going into foreclosure and finding a workout plan to bring the loan current.With this process I work side by side with the underwriters and processors to understand the customer needs.This role consist of problem solving skills and critical thinking.I also was apart of the Account Resolutions Department.Here I worked in collections and assisted with other customer service roles such as taking mortgage payments and retention solving.Theses roles both consists of outbound and inbound follow up calls, paying close attention to details, multitasking in a fast pace call center environment.I also work with an vary of investors FHA,GSE,CONVENTIONAL ,VA,WEllS OWN,USDA etc.As an former associate of Wells Fargo a major part of my roles was to give back and volunteer within the community.
