Down Syndrome Initiative (Olive Branch)

Created a support booklet that was provided to families with a newborn diagnosis of Down syndrome in the local community. These were distributed to all primary care providers and geneticists in the West Market. 

Partnership with Gigi's Playhouse

Olive Branch began a 4 year partnership with Essentia Health and Gigi's Playhouse to provide exceptional medical care to our Down syndrome community. 

West Market Pediatric Strategy Committee

Advocated for more focus on pediatric care at Essentia Health. This lead to large scale changes in our pediatric team and helped refocus our vision for pediatrics. 

Pediatric Decor

Worked with child life specialists to renovate our primary care clinics and provide better overall experiences for our patients. 

Same Day Access

Developed a method of providing same day access for our patients, to the significant satisfaction of PCPs and patients. 

Safeside Suicide Prevention

Organized team suicide training for the department and standardized our medical care.
