  • Handled Material replenishment collaboration for Export spares by working internally with Cross functional teams. Made necessary collaborations during unplanned line stoppages, order changes, shipment changes, Supplier/Buyer requested change without affecting customers shipment delivery.
  • Generated a model which indicates when the Advanced Shipment Notice and Invoice should be created with respect to the shipment window. This improved the delivery percentage of spares from 65% to 95%.
  • Coordinated and headed a project to trace wheels placed in Assembly conveyors, Shot Blasting storage spaces and Packaging areas using Internet of Things and image capturing techniques. Successfully trialed 20 runner wheels and monitored its traceability in those areas which led to easy tracking of its inventory.
  • Created routing details for wheels and components and studied its impact on manufacturing cost. This enhanced the efficiency which ultimately lead to cost savings by improving utilization of machines in component and assembly lines.
  • Studied the wheel bore diameter variation in Assembly bore and nave machining using Statistical Process control and identified the causes of variation in the machine.

  • Worked on Inventory management of Semi-finished goods. Identified Movable/Non Movable inventories, designed stacking layouts for them. Converted Non movable inventory into movable by machining operations and selling them in aftermarket.
