c) Analyzing various Manufacturing Variances of Operations against Budget and explaining the same to management.

d) Highlighting key areas of concerns to management and thus enabling decision making and help organization improving profitability.

e) Exploring various cost reduction projects by working closely with operations team and ensuring implementation of same.

f) Analysis of Logistics Cost and finding cost reduction projects for the same.

g) Analysis of new products development costs and recovery.

h) Forecasting of monthly Estimated P&L.

B. Budgeting and Business Plan

a) Preparation of department wise Yearly Detailed Budget and monthly monitoring the variations in Actuals against Budget.

b) Preparation of quarterly rolling forecasts for Business.

c) Preparation of 5 year plan for Business.

C. Marketing Controlling

a) Analyzing Product wise Margin for Business and discussion on the same with Marketing Head for getting price increases.

b) Analyzing and working out best product sales mix for business in order to enhance profitability.

c) Monthly analysis of Margin Mix Variances against Budget and discussing the same with Management.
